Mouse over selection

When I hover the mouse over a horse name I can't get it to display the information like jockey etc. I have display selection tool tip at 5 seconds and 1 millisecond delay. Any help appreciated.

Is the application selected? What happens if you click on the market title above the grid then hover over the selection? If that doesn't work try restarting the application and as a last resort reboot the PC to rule out any windows glitch.

I have the same issue no information on trainer jockey etc when hovering over the selection in the grid. have re installed the software, everything else is ok any suggestions

Are the jockey silks visible?

Yes silks are visible, still can't see the data though even when BA is highlighted.

Does it display the description of the silks when you hover over that column? If it does then it will help narrow down the issue.

I have the same issues no trainer of jockey info when moused over, also no jockey/trainer data etc is coming into excel. have re-installed 3 times tried using a earlier version still no luck. have also updated net framwork to 4.5...any suggestions

I have deleted my 2 user config files and that has seemed to resolved the issue with the mouse over and excel problem..
