Programme not saving settings

I am using 66a and the programme started up with default settings earlier today, I changed them all back again. when I closed down and logged on again a few hours later, my settings had all gone again, this has never happened before and as far as I know nothing has changed on my PC

Any suggestions welcomed

When you log in are you selecting a different profile from default or does this happen with the default profile?
