Gary sheet only seems to refresh only one sheet and that depends on which sheet you have open, could somebody please modify this sheet so that it refreshes sheet 1-6 ?

You need a worksheet change module for each sheet.

Thanks for that Gary it is a big help :) am i right in saying that the code will run even when your pc is in hibernation?

It cannot run when your PC is in hibernation as your PC is powered down when in hibernation and therefore no programs are running.
