Hi,

The feature does work.
What conditions are you putting in?
Are you leaving the market open in Betting Assistant?

Regards,
Mark

I am not aware of any outstanding issues with conditional bets. Are you doing anything to prevent them working? For example if you go to another market or close the application they cannot be triggered. Also if you go to another market after inputting the conditional bets and come back to the market it will also prevent them from working.

i leave open the market as you suggest, but nothing happens.
For example i put this condiion to send a back bet if the price is <= to last price matched. The system is active but the order is not sent to the software.
there is something to do?

You have exactly the same problem as gianlan.

The time has been formatted 14.37.15. It needs to be 14:37:15 (: not .). Your PC's regional settings dictate this and I did not allow for it. I will release a fix, but for now you can change the "." to ":" and it should work.

I've just uploaded the latest Beta which now formats the time correctly.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
