PROBLEM WITH CANCEL-ALL-LAY

HI when i used trigger CANCEL-ALL-LAY (or CANCEL-ALL-back) i must fill bet ref column.its correct?I think that earlier bet ref column was empty and this trriger was workable.

It's always been the case that something must be in the ref column otherwise it will be ignored. You can put anything in the ref column, it doesn't even have to be a valid bet ref.
