Think you'll find it's the average price that the selection has been matched at but i'm sure Gary will be able to answer you better. The number should change as the average price moves.

Gary, could you give me some pointers as to how I could implement this in a trigger as so far I cannot see which cells to use for the calculations.

Cheers, and many thanks as usual for your sterling work.

PS Another entry me thinks for the greatly improved help guide.

PPS The help guide really should be available as a pdf download and such like or am I missing something ?

The information is not directly available. It can be calculated using a COM function which is available in the pre-release version. See http://gruss-software.co.uk/forum/viewt ... 9120#19120 for an example which includes the average price traded.

It's not included in the help guide yet as it's in the pre-release version. It will be included as soon as it's made the official version.

Unfortunately the help file is a flash file which cannot be converted to PDF.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
