Cancel Remaining When Matched

Hello.
Can someone tell me whether the "Cancel Remaining When Matched" command under Betting Options is sent to the exchange or does the program have to be running for it to work?

Program has to be running and market has to remain open.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software


The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.
