Martinez Vs Kudryavtseva markets not present in BA?

Postby jackhu1k » Mon Oct 18, 2010 10:34 am

Hello

Martinez Vs Kudryavtseva tennis match (Kremlin Cup) set to start shortly is not present in BA (but is present in betfair). Please advise how I can see this market in BA?

I am investigating. I cannot guarantee I can resolve this before the start of the match though, sorry.

The event hierarchy returned by the API call getAllMarkets() is not correct. I have reported this to the Betfair API team.

Not all our competitor's software uses this call so you may find they don't have the same problem. This does not mean it is a bug in Betting Assistant, it's just that we have used a different call to load the markets which is not returning correct data.

On a separate note, my last subscription payment failed as my card on paypal was out of date. I've updated card on paypal now so will subscription automatically be retaken or is there something I need to do? Only got 5 days left before current subscription runs out?

Hi,

PayPal should try again, but if there is a problem we can always cancel the existing subscription and you can set up a new one.

Regards,
Mark

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
