Newbie help please

Newbie. help needed please. Im using an adapted version of the triggered betting spreadsheet on the examples section which you input your list of horses for the day. And ive been trying to put in a macro to clear all my horse selections column on sheet3 ready for the next days selections when a cell (5,44) in the market sheet1 turns to 1. I have read and read, trying to learn to do this myself but cannot get this to work and its driving me crazy. I know the answer will be quite simple I obviously need to learn a lot more about using macros. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
