Yes, the functionality of the forum is remaining the same. They are just making it consistent with the rest of the new site.

I'm on your new site now! It's on google search already.

The old link (http://www.gruss1-software.co.uk/) doesn't work for me anymore?

This link does http://www.gruss-software.co.uk/forum/

Sorry, it was my fault gruss1 was not working. It should be working now. It's basically pointing to the same server so there's no difference. You'll find that the actual homepage hasn't changed yet, but it's coming.

Are you going to add a new 'magic' G button to BA that does something wonderful? :)

Perhaps its the way my screens are set up (although I do used Huey to make sure the colours are correct), I'm finding that the green highlighting of unread posts etc is a bit subtle. I wonder if a red tinge might not allow them to stand out a little more.

What I find stupid is that the signs for

New posts [popular]

are exactly the same. Is this on purpose?

A third party is doing this work for us (so we can stick to what we do best and that is develop our software). We will pass on your comments to them. I am sure they will iron out any teething problems.

Hi, :)

because I do read every post on the forum I too find this misleading.
Any chance a distinction could be made please?

Thanks - Michael :?:

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
