Match Starting Times

I indicated to BA that I wanted the Real Madrid v Levante match loaded onto a page at the start of play - 20:00 London Time. The match was actually loaded at 19:00 hours. The quick pick list indicated 19:00, the blue title above the odds after loading indicated 20:00.

Looking at the BetFair coupon, it gives the match time at 19:00. How can I load the match at the actual start of play and not before? Anybody, please!

In BA you will find under preferences a section at the bottom right to adjust times, try that.
