Account suspended

I just received an email from Betfair saying my account is suspended for the next 8-10 days while they carry out a premium charge avoidance investigation. Anyone out there had this or know what it means? They won't talk to me on the phone about it and they are the ones who work it all out, don't know how you avoid it.

I know a couple of people who got caught. Think they suspend the a/c to remind you that you need them more than they need you

They took the money off the 2 people I knew but did unsuspend the a/c afterwards. They didnt really listen to any denials just said if you want to take it further that's upto you.
