I know we all say thanks afterwards, but I personally just feel that there could be something more I could do to really show my appreciation to these guys/gals. Not everyone likes spending their time trying to resolve other peoples' problems. I was thinking whether there could be a way, like a donation button or something, that one could use to donate (if one wants to) to somebody that has assisted one in one way or another, and one wants to show how much they appreciate their efforts. So may be the odd fiver or tenner towards their BA subscription fee or something. So you donate to Gary and states the person's name to which the donation will go towards their subscription. This, I believe, will motivate people that already help a lot to continue to, and probably encourage more people to help. Even, Gary himself, does deserve the odd donation for the other extra bit of stuff he does.

Please, don't get me wrong. I am not proposing a sort of 'pay for a developer' kind of service (there is already a section for that). I just noticed that some people on the forum are quite willing to spend time writing out long complex codes to cater for someone's requirement for free. I have benefited from these from a couple of guys and I have always felt like showing my sincere appreciation with more than just 'thanks'.
