if this function would be a good addition to betting assistant please sign in .
the idea is to incorporate a chain like facility to place bets for non excel users. it would be a mixture of conditional bets and tickoffset but with more choices.

so i could start by saying ,,

if horse number 7, ( other option could all horses in the race )

is backed in running only ( other option could be backed at anytime )

by myself ( other option could be if price matched at for £x ammount )

odd range between 6.2-8.4 ,

to lay at 2.2 for 100% of ammount backed at

then lay at 1.4 100% of ammount backed at

then lay at 1.1 for 150% of ammount backed at ( or green up at 1.1 )

i could apply this to one horse or all the horses in the race, i could then set up as many different chains as i want for different price ranges ( 9.8 - 14.5 ) ( 15 - 19 ) etc

i think this would be most useful for in running betting.

its hard to think quick enough in the final furlong of a race to work out what prices i can lay at to make it a worthwhile bet in the first place without laying too much off. if i had a function like this i would be able to do it before a back or lay bet is placed, leaving me time to watch the race and react to what i see, knowing my lay bets are taken care of automatically. hope you can make sense of that.
